This piece was also inspired by the book Grapes of Wrath. I liked the look of the older cars used at this time. This piece was drawn in sharpie ink and then I used watercolor on top. The whole thing is coated in wax. I was trying to create a dusty look.
Ok so i don't know if i ever told you but i love the use of watercolor and sharpie in this piece. I really like this piece.
ReplyDeleteI think the best thing about this piece is the movement that you created with the quick, sketchy lines. It looks really good, definitely should be considered for breadth.
